Terms & Conditions

Starter Plan (₹4,499): Includes a free domain + hosting and no maintenance charges for the first year. From the second year, maintenance is ₹499/month and annual infrastructure cost is billed separately.
Growth Plan (₹10,999): Includes 1 year free domain and no maintenance charges for the first year. Multi-page website (up to 8 pages) with custom UI, animations, and user authentication. Monthly maintenance from year two is ₹999/month.
Premium Plan (₹24,999): Includes a free domain for the first year. Monthly maintenance is ₹1,599/month and annual infrastructure cost is billed separately.
Maintenance charges cover hosting, domain renewal, SSL certificate, uptime monitoring, bug fixes, minor content updates (up to 5/month), and technical support.
Infrastructure charges include server hosting, CDN, email hosting, and cloud storage — billed annually.
Annual infrastructure cost is shared with and approved by the client before billing — no charges are applied without prior confirmation.
One-time setup fee is non-refundable once project development begins.
Payment terms: a 50% advance is required to begin work; the remaining 50% is due before the website goes live.
Website ownership transfers to the client upon full payment. Domain and hosting remain active only while maintenance is current.
Maintenance is optional but recommended. Without active maintenance, Digital Dukaans is not responsible for downtime, security issues, or broken functionality.
Cancellation of maintenance requires 30 days written notice. No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
Custom features, additional pages, or third-party integrations beyond the plan scope will be quoted separately.
Delivery timelines: Starter — 3-5 business days, Growth — 7-10 business days, Premium — 15-20 business days.
Client is responsible for providing all content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner. Delays in content delivery may extend project timelines.
We work hard to deliver the best results, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as exact Google rankings, traffic, or sales figures, as these depend on many external factors.
Digital Dukaans reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client opts out in writing.
